Recently, we sat down with Kristofer Weston of mrKristofer.com.  Kristofer has directed over 60 titles including a string of Bear titles for the now defunct Brushcreek Media including Bear Sex party and Leather Bears at Play.

Where did it all begin?

I have been a player in the BDSM Community since I was 19. That’s when I found “Leather Daddy Zeus” to take me under his wings and show me the ropes.  Being a blond haired twink with a kinky side, I was quickly introduced to the leather porn world. The combination of being an exhibitionist, wanting to play with real players, and extra cash for college quickly made me an experienced bondage bottom known as Steve Landess in movies for Zeus, Grapik Arts, BG Wrestling and Close-Up videos.

Did you pursue a porn career beyond that?

I guess in a way – my first job out of college was with RoB of Amsterdam setting up their Leather store in San Francisco in the basement of Drummer magazine.  Ultimately, I quit and started my own S/M video mail order distribution business called MASTA Entertainment.  I did that until I joined Falcon in 2001.

Why did you decide to go work for John Rutherford?

Well, he hired me to direct movies for him at Falcon in 2001 and then went and bought COLT Studio Group.com in 2004, so I went with him and am so glad I did.

How many titles have directed?

Oh lord for COLT around 18 – in my career around 60.

What is your favorite part of a typical day?

At the end – when it’s over. Until then it’s pretty nerve wracking

Which part of your job would you gladly give up?

Handling Talent.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Hmm – Everything happens for a reason.  When problems occur just go with it and don’t try to fight.  Usually the project turns out OK despite them.

If you could work with anyone, who would it be?

I would love to work with Tyler Saint – I think he’s hot in every way.

What is your favorite kink?

Bondage – I love being immobilized – it’s like forced yoga.

What is your great extravagance?

Hmm – a day off with my boyfriend not working.

Is he in the industry?

Not in front of the camera, but he runs an ass blog called masterDRO.com and shoots photos for me for a new site we are launching called BoundJocks.com (coming in Sept).

Who is the Master at home?

He is for sure.  He’s Argentinean and it’s like being dominated by a Tom of Finland drawing every night!

What’s coming up for you?

I’m in post-production of a leather movie set on a farm in Sacramento that I’ll shoot for Buckshot next month, then a COLT movie in Montreal in July.
