For many gay guys, butt plugs are the beginning of the wonderful world of anal exploration.   Start small and work you way up.  Remember to breath – and most importantly, if it went in, it will come out! Many a bottom has panicked and clamped shut making the removal a bit of an ordeal.   Relax, take a few deep breathes and it will pop out before you know it.

And finally there’s poop.  They always ask about the poop.  We have and will post numerous articles about cleaning out tips – but it’s about learning your body and what works for you.  Accidents happen – don’t make them a big deal.  Head to the bathroom for a little refresher and then decide if you want to continue.
